I don't often write a review for any michelin restaurant but this is something else which I believed they did excellent and exceptional job. From me calling making last munite booking, Alex kindly taken my name for him to call me back if the other booking not going to come for the evening. In within 5 minutes he called back and also he goes beyond by saying if any change please hesitate to give him a ring again. When we get there he strait away approach us by using my name as the booking for the evening. As soon we have sat we served by Clement, his service also excellent and beyond. What an unforgettable, tasty and thoughtful provoking of dishes. They focus on sustainable dishes and preparation. Just, wow. The service is top animal and the flavors are something to explore. The place is beautiful and the atmosphere fits him. If you are in the area, it is worth a stop and if you are looking for a great cocktail, this is also your place.
Great experience and great time for a special occasion. Better than most of the Michelin 1 star we had and probably one of the best gastronomic we had in Geneva. We're not fan of seafood but everything was tasty, creative and cozy without being posh. Service was also flawless, professional, sharp and kind. We'll be back
The place is very beautiful and romantic with view both on the lake and on the kitchen. The food was simply delicious and the experience unique! Also the waiters were very kind and well prepared. Great dinner place for your trip to Geneva! Incredible presentations and delicious food. Inside it was cozy and beautiful. I am surprised that this restaurant does not have a Michelin star, because I have visited restaurants with one or two Michelin stars and they weren’t that good. Great experience!
I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Fiskebar in Geneva. The female chef is doing wonders with so many delicious dishes. Will go back soon.
