We stopped by Fit o'Clock in Tenerife just for a coffee – and it was absolutely worth it! Good coffee can be surprisingly hard to find on the island, but the espresso and flat white here were both excellent. We felt very welcome right from the start, and the overall vibe of the café was really nice and inviting. We also grabbed a cookie for after our workout, and it was just as delicious as the coffee. Definitely a great spot to stop by, even if it’s just for a quick coffee break. Highly recommended!
First time here. The ambiance was great. The people working here are so friendly and giving a solution about taking quinoa because I didn't want rice. The food was great. Really loved it. Service was good. If we are close again to here, we know where to eat. So we did a second time a week later now. Got another dish and it was great again.
Lugar pequeño y de gran sabor , sin lugar a duda se tiene que visitar. Atención excelente de todos sus empleados , rapidez y siempre con una sonrisa, te explican y aconsejan . Desayunos saludables , dulces, salados y proteínas .. Si están cerca no duden en venir !!!!!
We just had a breakfast, scrambled eggs with avocado and chicken, among other things, and a smoothie. This is all very very tasty tasted. The service is very friendly. We were served very quickly everything is perfect The prices are absolute order.

Excellent place to go for a healthy breakfast. Had the muscle mange protein shake and the scrambled eggs, grilled chicken and avocado would highly recommend both!

Heerlijk geluncht. Gezond eten,echt goede koffie vrolijke en vriendelijke bediening. Echte aanrader om een keer wat gezonders te eten.
