Bad service. The server wasn?t mean but she was nowhere to be found. Hookah was subpar. Felt like it wasn?t worth the cash. The server brought our food little by little, even the shakes we ordered came out one by one. The server didn?t write down our orders out of confidence but forgot the modifications I made to my burger and to my gf?s rice bowl. Also, the food wasn?t bad but the rice bowl said it came with a salad but the salad was literally just a handful ofspinach. Lastly, we had to actually find the server to not just get the tab but to pay for the tab. The atmosphere was nice but dragged down by bad service from management and server.

100% halal food, and 10/10 for the nice setup. The food is on point the non-alcoholic beverages. The hookah not so much. The flavor is almost too harsh or doesn?t pull well. I?ve gotten sick 2/3 times after smoking here so I?m hesitant to go back to do a final review. However, I am glad to see they use the lotus head, which should be three coals to start it up and then reverted back to two coals. Their flavors are okay, not anything extravagant. Staff is friendly but it doesget busy so they lose track of checking up on their customers. If you?re in the area do visit them.

Most known and favorite hookah place for desi people in new your city. Hookah is not as good as in other hookah places. Sometimes the sounds are too high that we can talk to each other. Personally, I don't like too much to go there I only go with my friends who are very fond of this lounge. If you want to order food I will recommend ordering their Kati roll which is good.

This is definitely my favorite lounge in queens. Its mine and my friends’ go to place on the weekends. The service is always great, especially the servers Ricky and Shayakh who are always checking up on our tables. Super friendly staff and great atmosphere. Love the hookah and food here . The ambiance is dope. Feels like garden of love , it?s always packed . Love the crowd. They check Vaccination Card at the door . Security is on point. Must Try Grapefruit Masti Ambiance 10/10 WiFi Yes Service 10/10 Outdoor Seating Yes with Heaters Parking Metered

Food is good (wings) but hookah is trash and the flavors are pretty old school too. It’s too harsh no matter how many times they try to “fix” it. Interior is pretty, and service can be a hit or miss. Steinway hookah spots are cheaper and more worth it.

Recommended for large group. (They do reservations). They got Good flavors for hookah. Alot of choices for different paan flavors. Over all Really Good hookah lounge. Staff is very chill as well. Vibe is lit there. Especially on weekends with live DJ.

This place is bomb. Amazing service and it's so welcoming. One of the best hookah spots I have ever tried. Came from Jersey but can't wait to come back here again. Great vibe and great hookah.

Firstly ! Fitoor is a go too spot for Hookah! Their flavors are off the chart! Had their Tandoori wings which were awesome, packed with flav! Good spot to burn time and chill!
