I’ve got the opportunity to try a açaí bowl for the first time at this location and it definitely made me want to try again.Pros: I ordered the very berry bowl which consists of blueberries, strawberries, bananas and granola. The açaí didn’t have a strong flavor but I feel like that was because the fruits were so sweet already.I also order the cold killer shot which consisted of lemon, ginger and cayenne pepper. It taste like any other health shot but I will say the lemon was def overpowering ?Cons: the parking lot is tight. I was lucky to get a spot but because this location is within a small plaza, I can see how someone may get frustrated with parking.Overall, this location is fairly close...
Staff is nice, just not enough people working, atleast when I went. The meal prep food is okay and their protein shakes are good. I have to try their açaí bowls. Nice nutritious place. Somethings have too much sugar in it though and high in calories. Overall the new hyde park location was less packed and more quick. I was rushing to get to work needed something to eat and thought it would be quick. Also it took forever for someone to take my order. I understand that they were busy and all, but there was one staff member doing nothing. I felt they were doing unnecessary things too, like taking pictures. Can’t that wait? Like there are people waiting.
Place is like a gym had relations with 7/11. I found them looking up smoothie places to try, but I was not ready for all the options they had there.The front is the main store with all your protein powders, ready-made meals, energy drinks, and tons of protein and 0sugar snacks.The back in the smoothie/bowl spot. They have a bunch of options, I got the peanut butter, banana, whey mix smoothie, large, came out just over $10.Totally worth the 1.5 mile walk. Open till 9pm as well is a win.
I always have had a positive experience at Bayside. All the employees there seem well trained and make everything to my liking. I love their Açaí especially. It’s my favorite Acai I have ever had and I tried many places and nothing compares to theirs. The Shakes are great too along with the prepped meals they have. Been a customer for over 4 years and I have been to 3 of the 6 juice bars and all seem clean and staff is friendly too! Highly Recommend Fitrition!

I tried an açaí bowl for the first time. i had the build your own wit açaí as base wit double strawberries n bananas. wit the granola and choco chips as toppings. definitely refreshing and the granola goes rlly well with it. basically a realllyyyyy healthy fro yo
It’s not a vegan spot, they do sell premade lunch box that contains chicken meat etc; they have some good raw vegan options, the avocado toast bread is the supermarket store bought bread
Love the meals and the acai bowls...! Only 2 cons are the small parking lot and that there's not one closer to me..! I would love a location in Howard beach...!!!
Unenthusiastic workers. They are not unkind but... yeah.. slow... always takes long or order something and they don't have it. What a joke. Parking is the worst

I love their powerhouse acai bowls. I already spent over $300 this month on them alone. I just wish it was near me.
The best! Yummy! Nice presentation, they never forgot order notes. I order at least 3xs a wk.
