They don 't usually melt the cheese. The grilled mushrooms and the grilled onions are only warmed. The mushrooms are slimy and out of a can so they really do need to be browned to taste good. My fries this last time werent even done yet. And I gotthe last bit of it, so it was all the tiny pieces (that were mushy, like wet with the spices falling off. Seems like qualityis going down everywhere. This place is no exception. I would like to see a little more pride in doing what you do. If you don 'tlove what you do or care about people get out of that job get out of customer service. Will happily change this review ifthings change.
overall my experience was very bad don?t recommend this five guys to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat, customer service was below 0. Jose S who?ve took our looked very miserable to even have a job in the food industry kept on rolling eyeswhile taking our orders and sadly got our order mixed up still, this was my usual hit up spot for five guys but won?t be backand don?t recommend to others unless you want the same experience as us ?
Ordered ahead for pickup. Was literally pulling up a minute or two after placing the order (I wasn't driving), so had to wait about 5 minutes or so for the order. Upon arriving they confirmed the pickup order (by name, not what was ordered) with me, asI went straight to the counter. As stated, wait was minimal. Order was accurate, good helping of fries. Everything on point asfar as taste chain consistency.
The inside of the restaurant was quite noisy, with loud music and fans, which was somewhat bothersome. The woman at the register had a hard time understanding her. The Cajun fries were overly salty. Overall, not a great experience due to the noise and the excessive salt on the fries, especially considering dietary restrictions.

Five guys on Westborough deserve five stars. Their service is excellent. The workers are all quick and efficient and always get the orders right. This place rocks!
