When I say this place is 5 stars, it's only because there is no option to give it 6 stars. As if the food itself is not completely top shelf, the service is right there on that same top shelf spot. I have worked food service, and it's absolutely brutal, so to see not just happy and friendly staff, and unbeatable customer service, is amazing, along with the food quality is consistently looming between perfection, and whatever comes after perfection. Every. Single. Time. If that isn't enough, you could not even play a single level of Candy Crush before yet another friendly employee hands you food I'm pretty sure comes directly from Heaven. A few weeks ago, we ordered food and unfortunately received the wrong order. When we called to request either a refund or the correct meal, we were informed that they couldn't issue a refund or provide the right food due to flooding issues. Uber Eats said they couldn't help us either, as the order was marked as delivered, and suggested we speak to Five Guys. The managers at Five Guys noted our concern and mentioned that they would assist us if we returned. However, when we visited today, there was no record of our order, and the General Manager stated they couldn't help us. The food and service is amazing. There's a new employee at this location that's a bit heavy handed with the seasoning on the fries. We ordered Cajun as a treat and had to toss the whole thing. They were too coated to eat. A couple days later we came to get the little guy a shake and asked mentioned the last time we ordered the chocolate shake it didn't have much flavor. He made up for it and some. The shake was certainly chocolate but again, too much. Once new guy is up to par we'll be back to 5 stars.

Simply the best burger joint around. Love the burgers and love the fries. They even have malt vinegar available. Peanuts while you wait. What's not to like? The people that work there are very nice and helpful. The burgers are made fresh and the wait isn't too long. This is a great place for lunch or dinner, especially if you like burgers. I absolutely love this Five Guys! The food is always fresh and delicious, made by a friendly and attentive team. There's nothing quite like enjoying a big, juicy Five Guys burger, especially after experiencing the impact of Hurricane Dorian. Today, I spotted a lone Sandhill crane stopping by for a late lunch. Everyone adores Five Guys!

I love this Five Guys. Always fresh, delicious food; prepared by cheerful, accurate crew members. Nothing takes one's mind off of hurricane Dorian, like a big, fresh, juicy Five-G's burger. ? ? ?Today a singular (they are normally in pairs) Sandhill crane stopped by for a late lunch. EVERYONE loves Five Guys!!!!!!

Can't go wrong with a burger...actually you can. Why struggle, hit up 5Guys and get a good meal excellent (a lot of) fries. Bacon double cheeseburger on the side.

The burgers are great, but it's best to eat them on-site. Takeout orders tend to get soggy within 10-15 minutes.
