I would like to take a moment to commend the outstanding service I experienced from your staff this past Sunday morning. Chloe, Jessica, and Quincy were exceptional. Having spent over 20 years in the industry myself, I know that challenges can occur, especially during peak hours. While many tend to focus on the negatives, I want to emphasize the positive experience I had, thanks to these three team members. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist made our brief wait feel minor, and they efficiently addressed the situation. I highly recommend your restaurant because of them. Huge kudos for the excellent service!
I've ordered from this restaurant in the past without any issues, but two days ago, I had a negative experience. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and tomatoes, along with fries, and unfortunately, I ended up getting sick and vomiting shortly after eating. My boyfriend had a bacon cheeseburger without any veggies and fries that same night and was completely fine. We both suspect that the lettuce and tomatoes were spoiled. I rarely get sick like this, so when it happened, I realized something was off with the sandwich.
We had our first experience at Five Guys, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The food was fresh and tasty, with generous portion sizes. However, the prices were on the higher side, which was somewhat disappointing. Additionally, the music inside was too loud for my son, who has sensory sensitivities, making it hard for us to enjoy our meal. Despite these concerns, I give it a five-star rating for the outstanding quality of service and food.
Absolutely fantastic! This is what makes Five Guys stand out! The staff is friendly, the restaurant is immaculate no matter where you look, the burgers are cooked to perfection, and the French fries are truly the best you’ll find anywhere! First time visiting. The prices are too high for what you receive, especially since they don’t offer combo deals. The burger was tasty, but the fries were soggy and burnt on the edges, though at least they were served hot. Overall, $18 for a burger and fries wasn’t worth it.
I'm not sure of the cashier's name, but his demeanor was exceptional. He was extremely friendly, and our interaction was wonderful, especially after I had just completed a long drive.
Not impressed. Highly priced burger and fries that don't live up to prices. Burgers only luke warm, fries soggy. First time and probably last time. Friendly staff though.
Been here a few times. The burgers and fries are good. The staff is very nice and friendly. My husband and I share the fries. Glad they always put in a little extra.

The customer service is outstanding every time I go! My burger was ready in less than five minutes, and it came out hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious!
