A very good burger but expensive. The restaurant was nice inside and had both indoor and outdoor seating. They had unlimited peanuts as usual and a small condiment bar. The service was okay, they messed up my order. But the burger was still delicious. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger. You can customize is with a wide variety of toppings and condiments such as, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and more. I also got the small fries but they give you a lot! Overall, they offer a very good burger with many toppings but it is pricey.
I've said it before and not stuck to it but as of today, I'm officially done with this location. There's ALWAYS something wrong with our order, and at their prices, it's not worth dealing with anymore.Their caffeine free diet coke from the fountain always tastes wrong and when you ask about it or mention it to their employees they just shrug, no interest in refilling the syrup. I have to order fries with no salt for a medical reason. Today despite reading it back to us repeated they salted them. The fries were also lukewarm and soggy.
the first time at this location slower service for a small cheeseburger and fries, received a little speck burger without cheese and extremely salty frits. No one else had ordered before me, so not sure how they got such a small and simple order wrong. workers taking my job, they didn't seem to want to be there. admittance should not be stars, but 1 star deserves for the employee who gave me my order, since she was at least kind as to how to be.
Beyond disappointing when you order and pay online, only to arrive and discover they decided to close early and refuse to fulfill you order or refund your money. Pathetic. If you close early, turn off online ordering and stop taking people's money for orders you will not fulfill.

First timer. Amazing burger. Tasty fries and yummy cherry coke. Bacon was perfect on burger. Fries were fresh and overflowing the container. Only down side was the dining room was a disaster. All tables dirty and trash overflowing. Arrived at 315ish on a Friday.
Excellent service! My coworkers and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Susana, the cashier, was friendly and very professional. The food was delicious - I would give it 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Susana!
The burger was fine, but I had to wait 45 minutes and then they tried to overcharge me. Quite an interesting take on customer service.
The food took a bit longer to arrive, but wow, was it worth the wait! These are hands down the best fries I've ever had in California.
