Five Guys - Reservar una mesa

I went to ventura blvd location and had no good experience. it looks like eating fast, but it's not. I told them I could have a cheeseburger and the girls say they should ask everything apart. so they should burn their burger, thema, and drink all separately with separate fee. So they'll end up almost $20 with their meal. Anyway, I ordered my meal and I went to the machine to fill my drink and get and serviettes. I put all on one of the empty tables and sat until my meal is finished. I took my mask and started drinking. my handys called, I went out to answer it because in the music was so loud. it does not take 30 seconds. I went in and at the same time someone calls my number. I went to get my food, and I noticed that they were my meal to -go package.(On that way there was only me and another girl in the five young that she sat on a table and enjoy her meal). I was confused that why they didn't ask me if I want my food and to-go or here. suddenly one of the workers jumps on me that sir should wear them a mask and I said I was inside and I just went out to answer my phone quickly. and he was like I know, but you should wear it when you go. Anyway, I didn't like their customer service, and I'm taking my drink and other stuff and went out.

yo this place is a sweat. the vato that took my order was koo. I complained that I didn't shake my order, it was the maid. my children commission another shake, they were left to look at the commands of other people who are maids. they ignored about 15 minutes, then I went to talk to the manager who tried to reimburse ma shake by just complaining to get a refund. I was angry because everyone was served white gasses and gave his order completely except me. I am brown, I felt very profiled and discriminated and suffered only because I didn't have like a money. not koo FIVE-GUYS. my children r white cuz her mama is white, but who all felt like.

two burgers for delivery with a five guys sticker the bag sealed. I opened the seal and the bag had only one burger from my order. five youngs manager told me that it was postmate's fault and that he definitiw both burger stuck in the pocket when it went out.

service was great, but the meat tasted as if it had been too long, not fresh! a bit overpriced, over $20 for a cheeseburger and pommes.

The burgers here are amazing and the service is always top notch. Their prices are somewhat up there and the food is made on the spot.
