Five Guys - Reservar una mesa

We have been to multiple Five Guys locations but have frequented the location in Evergreen Park, often...but not anymore. The store is ALWAYS clean, bright and inviting. The staff always welcomes customers in. You can snack on fresh shelled peanuts while you wait for your order. The burger prices are reasonable. The menu is huge and just behind the counter. They have shakes; chocolate, vanilla and (I think) strawberry. The fries are fresh cut, piping hot and are the best part of the Five Guys experience. My husband and I went to the aforementioned location on 05.20.23 against our better judgement and I'll elaborate. They NEVER seem to get our burger orders right. No mayo, no mushrooms, no to...

Overall an ok experience. Shouldn't have ordered a large fry. $8 for a bag of potatoes (literally). About a 10 min wait for my burger and fries. And had another 6 min wait for the oreo shake the lady forgot to make while my food was being prepared by the cook.Meal was $30. Overpriced so I won't return until maybe year 2025.

Great service and the food is simple, delicious and FRESH! I love that the finish the fries when your burger is done! Nice technique!Food: 5/5
