I visited Five Guys on November 17, 2022, around 7:00 PM, and there was an issue with the soda machine. I tried to bring it to the attention of the person who took our order, but he said they were too busy to check it out. I then spoke to the manager, who introduced herself as Nai. She briefly looked at the machine, sighed, and then walked away in a rude manner. I went back to my table to finish my meal, hoping she might return to inform us that the machine was fixed, but instead, she just went back behind the counter. I'm really disappointed with how she handled the situation.
I was in 5 guys on 11/17/22. Approximately 7pm. There was something wrong with the soda machine. So I talked to the person that took our order about it,but he said thery were to busy to check it. I love Five Guys, but the Odenton location is disappointing. I didn’t receive my correct order, and our food arrived cold. Several staff members seemed to work slowly, resulting in slow service. This isn’t a one-time issue; it happens frequently. The Greenbelt location also has problems. However, other Five Guys restaurants I’ve visited across the country have been excellent. My best experience in Maryland was at the Crofton location.
Sorry the burger was so good this what was left when I got ready to do the review. I have to say I have not had 5 Guys in quite some time. But this bacon cheeseburger was out of this world good you could taste the freshness !!!! The restaurant was nice And clean. They social distance the tables is you wanted to eat there. They are very polite and nice. Will defenatley eat here again !

I love Five Guys, but the Odenton location is lame. I didn't get what I ordered, and our food was cold. There are a few folks working there that take their sweet time, so it's been slow service. It's not an isolated incident; happens a lot. The Greenbeltlocation is also poor. Other locations I've been to across the country have been awesome. Crofton has been my best experience inMD.
Excellent service! I placed my order in advance and picked it up at the store. The timing was perfect, and my food was ready right on time. Everything was hot and fresh. However, I gave it 4 stars for the food because the fries were a bit too salty—I had to shake off some of the salt.
Great service! I ordered ahead and picked up in the store. I set the time for pick up, and it's ready on time. Food is always hot and fresh. Why 4 stars for the food category? The fries were way too salty. I actually had to shake them off.
The burgers and hot dogs at this restaurant are generously sized and quite satisfying. The carrot sticks are crisp and pleasantly low in salt, in my view, and the meat is full of flavor.

The food is so good, and it's ready so fast. The food is like fast food but so much better quality. I love eating there and they have free peanuts while you wait for you food
Good service and good food. Staff was kind and attentive to everything. Best $5 burger I've ever had, too bad it cost $10.
