Friend had told me these were better than In n Out so i had to try them out to start the bag had grease leaking out only to find out when opening the burger and burger buns drenched in grease or oil who knows. The build of the burger was not good either it looked like they compressed the sandwich to make it fit in the foil. The taste was not pleasant either the grease or oil had a bad flavor like it was from past made burgers or dirty grill. Price was very high for 1 burger although it was a heavy sandwich it was not pleasant to eat. 2 stars because it was somewhat edible still

They charged me for a soda I didn 't order. I asked for my money back showing the receipt. They said I don 't know how to do that with a blank stare that said between the lines I really don 't want to be here. I hate this minimum wage job. Please get me outta here. The food tastes worse than other fast food joints which is saying a lot given the premium price this joint charges. Just how do fries come out instantly soggy???? Changing the frying oil perhaps more than once per day may help???

Came here August 13 2022 and was highly unsatisfied mostly teens working mid order left us to attend to phone call the bill came out to 35 plus tip around 40 dollars for two sloppy cold burgers terrible and one large fry which was literally little pieces of fries and not what they typically give you super skimpy and two drinks will not be returning the only person that was attentive was a older woman seemed like she was telling all the kids how to do their job!

So slow all the time not worth the money. Odered takeout for 810 and was not ready until 830- charged us $40 for 2 burgers that are hardly edible because they were done 15 minutes before the rest of our food, no thanks! Literally go anywhere else, doesn't take 20 make fries?

Not sure when Five Guys got lazy and started smashing their burgers down and heating g their oil so high that the fries are always burned but this was a bad experience. I won't go here again the burger looked like something thrown together from McDonald's.
