This was our fifth time dining at this restaurant, and I must say, I absolutely love their delicious peanuts! We enjoy trying various dishes, so I went for their hot dog. It was crispy at the ends, and I topped it with grilled onions, mustard, relish, along with a small order of French fries and a vanilla malted milkshake. My sister opted for a grilled cheese with tomatoes, a small side of French fries, and a regular unsweetened iced tea. Our order number was 17. When we opened the bag, we couldn't believe our eyes – there was a bunch of dog hair inside! It was such a surprise that we couldn't help but laugh out loud. The burgers at this restaurant are absolutely fantastic, and the service is exceptional. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, and the prices are very reasonable. The location is comfortable and impressively clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and consistently attentive. They do a great job of ensuring every customer feels satisfied and is served promptly. Taking orders and providing service is quick and efficient here. The customer service is truly first-class. The taste is excellent, and the quality is reliable. I can't wait to return again and again.

4.5 stars. Like many others, I really enjoy the burgers at Five Guys, although I find them to be somewhat expensive for fast food. On the bright side, you can load up on toppings at no extra cost (except for cheese and bacon). The staff is friendly and attentive, which adds to the experience. However, it's not the best spot for outdoor dining, as the tables are situated close to the busy Touhy Avenue.

I've had my fair share of burgers over the years, but the one from this restaurant is, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. They consistently hit the mark. The burgers are always cooked to perfection, and the fries are always crispy and fresh. The team here puts in a little extra effort compared to most places, and you can really taste the difference. Great food. Very tasty and with lots of customization options for your burgers. Tons of fries even if you order a small size. Excellent customer service and delicious food! Always satisfied, they never let me down, no matter what location I go to. I'm so glad they exist. I will be a Five Guys customer for life!

This is essentially the only fast food restaurant we visit, and it's definitely the only place where I enjoy fries (specifically the Cajun fries). Although the prices have gone up recently, I believe it's still worth it. Plus, you can snack on peanuts while you wait!

The staff was quick and friendly. The burgers were outstanding, and our service was prompt. We really enjoyed the Cajun-style fries, which were hot and fresh. The Coca-Cola machines were well-stocked and spotless.
