I’m thrilled to see Five Guys back open! The new renovations look fantastic, and I must say, this is one of the best Five Guys I’ve ever visited. The staff is amazing, including the manager, who is incredibly friendly and kept me updated on the store's opening status (sorry for bothering you!). My burger was made exactly how I wanted it and tasted fantastic. The fries were a bit dry, but the shakes were delightful. I will definitely be dining here again. Great job!
This Five Guys location offers the best customer service I've experienced at any of their restaurants. The staff is very communicative, keeping you updated on your order every step of the way. Whenever you're at the counter, they’re quick to assist. Their French fries are incredibly fresh, unlike anywhere else. The cleanliness is excellent. I will definitely be returning.
The food was tasty and the staff were welcoming! However, the prices were higher than I expected. While I understand the current situation, I probably won’t be coming back. $33 for burgers for an adult and a child feels quite expensive.
