Terrible Experience Missing Items and Unprofessional Customer Service I've had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Five Guys multiple times, and each time has been a disappointment beyond belief. It seems that they have perfected the art of messing up orders, as missing items have become a recurring theme in my interactions with this restaurant. The burgers are amazing however there was a new manager or supervisor; or whatever, he kept hitting on me which made me uncomfortable and I haven't gone back since. Please bring back the tall lady who was nice, kind and helpful. I have hot dogs. Cheese and bacon. Very nice. Good selection of add-ons like grilled mushrooms. Delicious. Easy to wait, so note is order online and come 10 minutes later, you will be on time. Great with a parking lot like at Mall plaza.
We ordered a cheeseburger (all the way) with regular fries around 6 pm. It was not a long wait. The staff was nice and focused to their work. Recommended the food with its taste and freshness. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent and reliable old Schulburger connection. I'm going through the usual suspicious fast food joints every day. These people know how to make a good Burger and Pommes. They are also very friendly.

The three kids in there that served me were just fun to watch work interact with. They were helpful and I would go back in there again just for the entertainment. Good times.

It all started once, food and service worsened during the pandemic, we stopped going for a while. This time definitely better.
I really enjoy their chips; they are incredibly tasty. Overall food rating: 4.
