The music was so loud that it was impossible to hear the person next to you. People in street clothes were walking in and out of the kitchen area. When we asked for ketchup, an employee was rude to us. The only positive aspects were the food and the young man who took our order. Overall, the experience was terrible.
The food was excellent. The manager and staff were very friendly and attentive. She even lowered the music volume for us since it was too loud and turned on the air conditioning because it was warm inside. I can't give five stars, though, due to their pricing.
Five guys at Wabash avenue is sick????Avoid this place if you value your time. Bunch of lazy and uncultured workers! Never attend to orders and keep you waiting while they play rather than get the job that pays them done. I doubt if there's a managerhere
Food was great. We ordered one regular fry. We got the fry cupfilled and about 2 or 3 more servings. The fries are the most amazing thing I have ever ate. Well maybe not ever, but they are pretty damn great!! Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff here are super friendly! The burgers and fries are top-notch! I really enjoy the "little" burger; it’s just the right size for me. This experience met all my expectations of Five Guys!
Mediocre burgers that aren't worth the high price, poor service, and an unpleasant atmosphere with a warehouse feel and subpar music and sound system.
Best burgers in town! A bit pricey, but go for a large burger and the "Hella" fries. Order a small fries—you get plenty!
