My family dined here for the first time this week, and although it is on the more expensive side, the food was absolutely delicious. I anticipated getting just one patty, but to my delight, it came with two! We each ordered a burger, along with two drinks and a large order of fries. We left feeling full and thoroughly satisfied. Will we return? Definitely. The staff was also fantastic. My husband wholeheartedly recommends adding this place to our regular burger rotation. Congratulations, Five Guys! We can't wait for our next visit.
This location used to be great but anytime I order to go recently there seems to be a problem with the order. Today the issue was that 1 of my burgers was made as a single pattie instead of double. When calling their number is goes directly to voicemail. Last week we ordered as well and instead of Cajun fries they gave us regular fries without saying anything and we had to come back to ask and find out they were out of cajun. Five Guys is my favorite place to eat but these last 2 times have been disappointing.
Always a great choice for burgers. My first experience at a 5 Guys was at a different store and it was OK. By my second visit to a 5 Guys, it had become my favorite! I love all the toppings available that come with it for free! My standard is All the Way with a lot of great toppings! Also the fries are excellent! If you haven 't eaten here before, the fries portions are huge. We just got a large and it was more than enough for four people.
Got a cheeseburger (double patty and large fries. It's a typical Five Guys experience: it's fresh, pretty fast, and it's good. Personally, I think it's overpriced, but I made a conscious decision to eat there anyways, knowing that I'd pay $18 for the food for JUST MYSELF. If you're budget conscious, this isn't the best place to be, but when you need to surrender to your appetite (and I was *hangry* , you can't go wrong here.

On the other hand, the slim young woman handling the fries had a terrible attitude and even argued with another female customer who came to order fries. I want to extend my thanks to the gentleman in the kitchen and to Naomi for exemplifying outstanding customer service skills. As for the young lady, she could definitely benefit from some customer service training.
The customer service was excellent, even though my order was initially wrong. However, it was quickly rectified, which made me happy. As for Manager D. Smith, I can see why he is fantastic and has a wonderful team. A special shoutout to the tall guy with the beard—he made my meal fresh and was very pleasant. Yay!
All right. One of the team members wore all black uniforms and didn't hold his pants on his waist. I can carry everything I want, but if I represent a company by wearing the required uniform in my working hours, the company policy must be pursued. FG management think of an undercover boss to check this store.
There are five guys who never get 5 stars? This place has amazing burgers, the most delicious fries, excellent service, and everything is just fantastic! It’s my daughter's favorite spot.

My little burger with Mayo, salad, pimples, mushroom and green pepper was delicious. And her frits, as usual, were juicy and more than you expect for a big and small.
Best burgers in town. You have added my order incorrectly pickles instead of mushrooms. But this is a rare event. The dining room was pretty clean.
