Five Guys Burgers Fries

I ordered online a medium fry and a shake/ I had to wait for fries/ which I always have to do every time I order/ the manager, I guess that’s who he is stated with an attitude that they don’t make fries until the person gets there/ well what’s the point of ordering ahead of time/ every time I order here the staff is cold and unwelcoming as if we are bothering them/ they don’t care if you wait/ that negative energy that they’re giving off is making the environment very tense when you’re in the store/ if they don’t like their jobs get a new one or be a professional at this one

never had a bad experience at 5 youngs before, but I guess there's a first time for everything. we ordered delivery and 3/4 of our burgers were underboiled (one was so raw that it was red in the middle,) two were missing a torf, and the fries were cold. but honestly, if the burgers had been cooked well, it would have been good, the others are not so big, but that is a health risk. treating food is a responsibility that must be taken seriously.

The staff at this restaurant were excellent! They provided great service, even giving us an extra cup and small fry. However, the food is not worth the price. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with regular fries which cost $19. It was very expensive for a burger with a sesame seed bun and American cheese. Despite this, the overall experience was great!

Eating was good, but not worth the money. service was sufficient, nothing special. order for speck cheeseburger, pommes and soda was $23.51 then the card reader asked how much tip I wanted to give? I ordered and fetched my order on the counter. Food: 4/5 Reserva una mesa ahora

Tried out the location on Ballas Rd for the first time. food was great but the employees was awesome!!!! we had never been and they answered all of our crazy questions. thank you!!!

The young lady (may have been a supervisor or manager) spoke to us the moment we walked in. The young lady that took our order (Jyda B) was just as nice.Food: 5/5

Dont get me wrong the food was great but wow $57 for 2 plain cheese burgers, fries and a drink. Not in my budget sorry

Always good never disappointed there burgers are some of the best around if you haven't tried you better
