This restaurant usually earns a perfect 10/10 from me, but my recent experience on May 22, 2022, left me very disappointed. If I were the owner, I would have considered dismissing the entire staff that night. The manager seemed more concerned with closing up than with providing any level of customer service. I had placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It felt almost intentional how the staff ignored customers while they conversed with each other. The fries were a complete waste of $5! They were drenched in oil, undercooked yet somehow overcooked at the same time, and just a soggy disaster. I don’t understand all the hype about the "best fries"—it’s utterly ridiculous! I could only manage to eat one. The only reason I’m giving any stars at all is because the cheeseburger was good. The place was messy as well. I tried reaching out to customer service online because I want at least my $5 back, but the page wouldn’t even load.
I do not recommend ordering by phone at this restaurant! I called to place my order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I arrived, they hadn’t even started preparing it, and my order wasn’t printed out. I had to inquire about it three times before I insisted they locate it. The staff seemed disengaged and mechanical, which earned them only one star from me. Additionally, the manager did not engage with me or check on my experience at all.

Five Guys has become our favorite spot for delicious hamburgers. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is prepared fresh and tastes fantastic. One minor complaint is that they can be a little heavy on the salt, but the fries are always exceptional. If you're looking for tasty, fresh food with generous portions, Five Guys is definitely the place to visit.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and the service has consistently been quick. They prepare the food promptly every time. There are plenty of options for customizing your hamburger as well. Just a note: if you're ordering for yourself, it's better to go with a smaller size, as there is a higher fee for larger portions meant for two people.

The staff at this restaurant are truly wonderful and always maintain a positive attitude. The food is outstanding and fairly priced. I particularly love the hot dogs; they are incredibly tasty. The service is efficient, and we never have to wait long for our meals.

I ordered through DoorDash and had a fantastic experience! The burger was amazing, and the fries were perfect. Everyone in my office enjoyed their meals as well. I will definitely be ordering from here repeatedly!
