Terrible Experience Missing Items and Unprofessional Customer Service I've had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Five Guys multiple times, and each time has been a disappointment beyond belief. It seems that they have perfected the art of messing up orders, as missing items have become a recurring theme in my interactions with this restaurant.
