Five Guys Burgers Fries

I will be very hard pressed to EVER ORDER from here EVER again. We ordered three burgers. We got one wrapped in rotten lettuce. See picture. And two veggie sandwiches. Called and they said they would remake the two burgers over. Get there, they made the whole order over again. Open the bag with the new order, fries were thrown in bag on top of burgers. Greasy as all get out. Definitely not drained before cupping them. Then the two replacement burgers had all the wrong condiments and rolls were stale. Burgers were hard as a brick. Eight were on the dinner shift. No manager available on call and a young man pretended to be management when I returned the veggie sandwiches. Sad situation over th...

I recently had a terrible experience. I often went to pick up an order 10 minutes after pickup time. Just because I know it's really busy. I literally watch my order sits on the counter for 15 minutes and asked if it was ready. The guy who literally picks up pommes bags and said it wasn't ready. So I asked another employee to ask the Friie guy again. The guy looked in my eyes and said it wasn't. I almost broke the character. Instead, I asked him to turn the bag around to see the name. 30 minutes later it was my order. The long review is to say that many public places today have a variety of hypersensitive people. So I got burgers and fries which at five guys is kind of the standard. And I got a drink and they have the new freestyle machines there which is kind of cool. The burgers at five guys are fantastic burgers. There?s probably not a better burger around for a good long ways. The nice thing about this place in particular this particular location? They have really good service. They are quick they are patient they?re friendly and they get your food as fast as humanly possible while still maintaining a very high quality.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite the great quality of the food, the music was too loud. I asked the staff twice to lower the volume, but unfortunately, they did not comply. I ended up eating in my car as a result. There are plenty of other burger joints with a better atmosphere where I can enjoy my meal. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

The meal was fantastic and the restaurant was spotless! I'm a harsh judge when it comes to giving out 5-star ratings, so a place really needs to exceed my expectations to earn such a high score. Luckily, our burgers were delicious, the hot dogs were classic, and we were given more fries than we could finish! Overall, everything about this visit lived up to my standards.

I visited Five Guys for the first time and was very impressed with the size of the "large" fries - they were overflowing! There was plenty of parking space and it was easy to spot from the street. I will definitely try their shakes next time.

Five Guys is unfortunately overrated as all get out. The food is good but the prices have hiked quite a bit. You pay restaurant/diner prices for fast food, remember that. The fries are also just not up to bar for a burgers fry joint.

Was brought to lunch at work nearby. The service was fast and the food was amazing. Customers were separated by a reasonable distance and we could eat undisturbed. Although I try to cut beef from my diet, the food was still amazing. Reserva una mesa ahora

Eating is always amazing. Usually it is very fast service I never had a problem, but this last visit took us 20 minutes to get our food and we ordered. ?

Best griddle burgers in town. Extra cheese plays well and 2 large fries is enough for a family of four to choke on
