I am the marketing coordinator for hartford truck. for every day of the year, the employee will select a restaurant and we order lunch for the entire company (about 40 people). susan and the personal are nothing but amazing. they go beyond and beyond and the customer service is unbeatable. susan opens the restaurant late to make sure that our order gets its undivided attention, everything is hot and fresh, it always includes all the things and flavors in a light trage fall, and we never have false accusations (which is rare when such great accusations placed). we cannot recommend this location very much. our employees continue to choose five guys because of t...

Wow! I haven’t been here in years. Because I didn’t like. Curious to try it again but…holy moly! A hamburger is $10.09 and a cheeseburger $10.99!! Seriously for a fast food place?!? This better be darn good burger or gourmet or else I’m going to Wood N Tap or Artisanal at this price and there it comes with fries and a very nice brioche bun! I have found my new favorite restaurant. I usually order the delicious grilled hot dogs with lots of great toppings. Today I tried the burger and it was one of the best I've ever had - juicy and fresh. I didn't realize it was actually a double burger, so if you want a single, make sure to order the small burger.

This 5 Guys location is excellent! They always get the order correct and the food is consistently well-prepared. The milkshakes are also fantastic. I have visited several 5 Guys locations in the state and this one is outstanding. I am fortunate that this is my local store!

I ordered by over eat and after my supplier they forgot my shake. I was really looking forward to it because I didn't have a shake like a whole year or so! the only thing that was good was the burger. I think I have to order personally. ?
