From the moment my husband, my son and I went, the rude Asian woman in Herb40s, black breasts hair continued to our 6pm booking about the...Fork, was not aware of the booking and wanted to see my booking on my phone. Next she moves us to “sit everywhere” and stays with us regarding the stand seating area with low pillows.. As soon as we sit, I will continue to listen to them in another language to other employees who mention “Dimmi booking.”... Our meals arrive, and I notice that the Hokkein chicken and vegetable stew has no chicken! I politely advise her of the thing and she goes to become confrontational...
I will be up front and say that we went to this restaurant using a discount voucher. Even without the deal the food is reasonably priced. We were seated and were told what was included in our deal. The only soft drink available was coke, and as we don't like this we opted to pay for iced tea and also get tap water.The entrees arrived relatively quickly... about 20 minutes and were very nice. I have eaten here a few times with friends and have never been disappointed. Prices are quite reasonable. I would usually purchase one of the vouchers from scoopon as they usually have good meal offers. The service at Thaitanic is better than what you would get at the food court. You place your order at the counter, take a seat and wait to be served. Have tried both their pad thai and stir fry with rice dishes and I'm quite satisfied with both. The restaurant is also spacious and it is never too busy. Always plenty of tables to choose from.

My partner and I ordered takeout through Menulog and paid with a card. We were later contacted and informed of an additional fee for the public holiday, to which we explained we did not have any cash on hand. The person on the phone abruptly ended the call. Upon delivery, we were once again asked about the surcharge, but we still did not have any cash available.
My local Thai place, but I find it only average in terms of taste, service and value for money - I prefer to travel farther afield when I'm after a Thai fix.Worth a try but the quality varies and the same dishes isn't the same on separate visits either.

A nice open and bright restaurant that offers a simple but great fresh lunch menu that's inexpensive for the portion size. Dine in or take away the service is fast and friendly.
