Absolutely discussing way of speaking to a paying customer and did not receive my food, told me they called my phone 14 times yet not one misscall they said they knocked my door yet I live in a block of flat with a buzzer so I know they didn’t even come when ringing to check an confirm my order he started shouting saying we have knocked the door and rang numerous times wich was a lie so I decided to ask him for he’s name an information as I felt extremely offended then he refuse to give me any details and hung up the phone every time I called I am shamed and absolutely disgusted how they treat there paying customers if I have one bit of advice it’s dont buy from here order from somewhere els...
Ordered takeout in lockdown. Delivery quoted about 1 hour and came in just under. All the food was well received (kebab, wings and veggie wrap and of good temperature. The 1/4 beefburger was the only thing reported as mediocre. Generous portions. Fresh salad. Would have scored higher if burger review was better, the pizza prices on the menu reflected the website prices (almost double for a 9” margarita! and alternative method of payment was possible other than cash on delivery when we are trying to minimise this type of contact.
Been a customer for years. Flames repeatedly got order wrong and missed out parts of the order (chips, salad, drinks, dips etc) every single time we ordered there would be something missing. One night I’d had enough, I demanded the salads I had ordered. The guy refused to send them. After half an hour he said.. I’ll send them but you’ll need to pay the driver. I refused and said if he did not send the salad I’d never order again. That’s how the call ended. He couldn’t have cared less. One customer lost!
Ordered pizza and chips. Delivery came with no chips. When calling to ask was told “we’re busy and things get missed” !! Won’t be using them again. Busy or not , a portion of chips with a pizza isn’t rocket science. And the attitude from the manager was much to desired

First time ordering from this restaurant. Ordered via just eat no issues. 40 minutes for delivery was fine. Food was all good, included chicken and lamb shish and lifted, salads etc. Only criticism would be it wasn't very hot when it arrived.
Horrible raw n cold food . disgusting.. Very rude customer service . Delivery time is way over the time they say and when you complain they shout at you n put the phone down
Half an order. They delivered half the order, then argued on the phone that they had sent the whole thing. No chips and no drink. Terrible attitude, never again. Avoid!
Ordered the special kebab was enough for 2 the meat was cooked nicely and was good quality nice bit of salad too tho the chips were a bit soggy

Disgusting is the only way to describe the food! Don’t waste you money revolting and wasted over£32.00 .....never ever go there!
We go to flames regularly and are always welcomed by the staff. The large chicken kebab is stuff of legend.
