Flames Kebab And Pizza

I've been ordering from this restaurant every week for the past five years. While they've made mistakes with our orders a few times, tonight was particularly frustrating. My husband finished his dinner an hour before I received mine because they completely got my order wrong. After three calls, I'm still waiting for my food an hour later. This level of service is unacceptable, and there's been no sign of customer care. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I have been using Flames for over 10 years for an occasional Friday night treat or takeaway. Their food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are fantastic and friendly. I highly recommend them!
