Avoid at all costs. Took my children to eat after school. We orders our meal with specific diet requirements, they got the order wrong when we informed them they said they will replace it. After waiting over 20mints when I enquired the girl at the counter walked away smiling without an apology or any reasoning by this pony I was very frustrated and asked to speak to the manager they ignored me and some guy from the back quickly handed over a burger to the girl which she started packing. I requested a refund and she just ignored me and continued to pack it. I asked for the manager several times and his name they told me it’s Imran but he is not here although his name was on our receipt order!...

I would like to start by saying a HUGE thank you to Kash and his team for making my sons birthday! My son adores all the burgers made by flames, and for his birthday requested that we have a menu of only flames burgers! The party was a huge hit! Everyone all 35 guests enjoyed the burgers, so much so that they have all visited the restaurant since the party. Kash arranged for the burgers chips and salads to be delivered to our home address. Customer service offered was above and beyond what was expected, Kash went out of his way to adhere to my last minute requests and changes! My son has already requested the same menu again next year!! Thank you!

Was recommended to try Flames from my daughter who sometimes pops in after college with friends and I was happily surprised ... service from the young lad who took our order was very friendly and polite. Could watch Chef cooking our burgers and was nice how he kept us informed how long it would take, whilst we were waiting and even gave us free onion rings. The food was really tasty and the Vegan burger looked amazing and was told by my son that it tasted better than most other places that serve Vegan burgers. The Classic no9 is Top Notch! Sauce is delicious! This will now be our regular take out as prices are great too!

After visiting Ace Cafe on our motorbikes, my friends and I googled a place to eat as we were feeling hungry. This place came up. It had good reviews so we thought we'd give it a go. The food was very nice. Friendly stuff too. Place was very well layed out with nice seating arrangement. Definitely will be eating here again. Thanks guys. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered a take away with my kids and nephew and chose a variety of items. Restaurant is very clean and quite eye catching. However, food is a bit of a let down. The peri peri chips are too salty and the wings lacked any taste. Would try again but perhaps a different food option.

Been a few times. The only place around, bar fast food outlets. The food is lovely. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. I have the burger meal at £8.60 It’s £11 to get McDonald’s Uber delivery and this is 10 times better. I’ve yet to have a desert as I’m too full

INFESTATION: walked in to find rats running from the seating booths to the back door near the kitchen walked straight out absolutely disgusted AVOID! staff didn't have any hygiene headwear or gloves either, loads of facial hair so not surprised how dirty this place is

The food is absolutely faultless. Cooked to perfection and quality is amazing. Clean seating area with great service. Highly recommended with friends or family. Burgers are amazing and milkshakes on a different level! Fantastic. Reserva una mesa ahora

10/10 and I live local.. This place is all about real good food and prices are so reasonable.. Probably the best lamb burger I've had in my life.. mouths watering rifht just of the thought.

Made the mistake of visiting the w/c before food arrived. Kind of set the precedent of the general hygiene of this place. Health and safety must have missed this one.
