I am not writing this review to tell you what to do with your hard-earned money. I am going to share my thoughts and you make your own decision if you would like to try this place or not. I am not from PA but whenever I must go back I will for sure visitthis restaurant. We had the Family Special B if recall correctly and added one pound of scallops and the seafood was beyonddelicious. The source that we chose was the everything one and it was good. The platter tasted freshly cooked, and the seafoodwas not overdone. The alcoholic drinks were okay. The staff was amazing too and the place was clean. The princess of the foodand drinks is fantastic.
Went here for my husband's birthday. It was awesome! The presentation was ???? I probably wouldn't get the blue crab again because it was a lot of work for a little meat. The muscles, sausage, shrimp and vegetables were great! We got the flaming saucemild and it was great! I love snow crabs but they lose a lot of their sweetness so I would likely only get a half pound nexttime. Will definitely be back. Now knowing what we like and that if you add 3 or 4 proteins you could easily split a bowl.

I had a great experience at Flaming Crab. The portion sizes are generally reasonable, and you can order them by half or full pound. However, I wouldn't recommend the mussels, as they are served in their shells, which adds to the overall weight. Our food arrived quickly, but unlike the other tables, we weren't given the option for it to be lit up (or set on fire). If you're a fan of seafood and shellfish, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

First time eating here my son Josh suggested. We tried the lobster bisque the seafood avocado salad. Our server Jessie was the best. Explained everything. Made us feel at home as if we were old friends. He snow crab legs shrimp an oysters everything wasamazing we had the flaming sauce. Arrived driving Friday and leaving Monday. Incredible place to have in Wilkes-Barre. Mom I went for dinner tonight. She got the 1/2LB scallops boil, said they were one of top 3 Scallop dishes she ever got [Cajun, Medium; sweet potato fries as side]. I enjoyed my 1/2LB Green Mussels boil. So good!! I got a side of steamed rice and got Broccoli put in boil [Cajun, mild] 10/10 would recommend! Good beer list too.

Wow, this place is even better than seafood on the beach! If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Our server, Josh, was fantastic! If you order a pound of each selection, you’ll find it hard to eat that much. Next time, I’ll go with the half-pound option. I highly recommend this restaurant!
