A week-long stay in Alsace, we absolutely wanted to dine in a typical local restaurant. We looked. But the Flamma Stuwa hit us in the eye. Reservation is mandatory, it is full every time. Beautiful bright room, glass, we are welcomed by our evening waitress, in traditional Alsatian outfit. Prices are very affordable and the kitchen really good. To choose flambées tarts (Flammenkueche salted or sweet in various preparations (the sauerkraut version is a regal or Fleischschnaka, with a small green salad accompaniment.
