I can't believe how fresh the ingredients are, eating just melts in the mouth! the brot for all sandwiches is soft, but crispy and the star is all with a gay in it. try the timba with the fresh Guava sauce and the tostones! the fresh passion fruit juice is from the world as well as the horchata! this Cuban restaurant is as authentic as they come in the opposite of tampa! they will not be disappointed in the food or the extremely friendly, family-oriented atmosphere! they have limited sitting opportunities as well as an outside area, but normally there is never really a problem with wait! loves this place so much and forget n...

I must say, this restaurant is truly fantastic. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. Despite the busy crowd when my husband and I arrived around 2 o'clock, we were still able to find a seat and enjoy our lunch. The standout dish for me was the chicken empanada, it was so delicious that I completely forgot to take a picture. The sandwiches we ordered, the Elena 1985 and Island Boy, were full of flavor and left us completely satisfied. The coffee was just how I like it, made the Latin way; the juice was fresh and natural, the flan was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had in Tampa. The service was consistently attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Having lived in Tampa all my life, I recently had a discussion with some old friends about the best Cuban food in town. One of my friends highly recommended Flan Factory, so I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, he was absolutely right. This Cuban dish was exceptional and it has now become my new favorite in Tampa. The slow-roasted pork in the sandwich was the most flavorful I have ever tasted. Additionally, the sweet potato fries were delicious. The two flans we ordered were out of this world. Mama Ester, who assisted us with the menu, was extremely kind and helpful. Flan Factory is truly a hidden gem in Tampa. I highly recommend stopping by as you will not be disappointed.

This is without a doubt the top Cuban restaurant in the area! The customer service exceeded our expectations. Esther, the Manager, has a fantastic attitude. She even took the time to ask for my daughter's and my name for our next visit. We will definitely return to try the fried rice and experience the amazing service again. This family owned operated restaurant won 't be a best kept secret for long. The food is delicious. The service is friendly. The menu offers variety. Breakfast served all day. Try their breakfast Cuban sandwich. Last but certainly not least try the flanwhich comes in a variety of flavors(menu Pic attached). Also try the Timba...oh my I could go on forever. Enjoy!

The Cuban sandwich here is amazing! I tried the midnight special (medianoche) with guava flan and it was delicious. The food was amazing. The Timba is a neat twist on the traditional guava y queso combo. The Cuban was perfect. The flan was really good and I hope to go back many more times and try all the different flavors.I just wish they had more seating!
