Flare West @ W.W.C.C.

Not happy. Recently I was told that flare had reopened,as a christmass gift I sent friends of mine for dinner,as I used to be a fan of flare restaurant. the review i got from them was less than favorible, flare used to be a fine dinning establishment and for whatever reason is now burgers, pizzas, and only a handfull of entreies. My friends were disappointed there is only one steak option,delmonico, one veal option, parm., two seafood options, stuffed sole and a stuffed swordfish, two chicken options marsala and francaise! What happened to the old flare resaurant when there were more choices and the food had such nice appeal and so much more diversity. fi this is supposed to be an upgrade......

Happy Customer. I totally disagree with the unhappy customer. This is a GREAT restaurant with a wide variety of choices from casual low fare dining to a higher priced great dinner. Flare has broadened their horizons and given customers a choice for their palate. I love Flare and all the people there. They have a great staff who are always very friendly and happy to serve their customers. I love the beautiful bar area and the restaurants warm ambiance! the atmosphere has been decent there several times and I find eating very uneven. we order huh marsala in many restaurants and this is one of the worst we had. I had the papadella bolognese, which was very well prepared. another time and the papadella was not so good in the night also ordered the clam pizza and they should try some white clam sauce or even garlic and oil or better still take it out menu, because the one I got was terrible it was bone dry without taste and clam pizza is a favorite of me, except here. even though they had a carrot slave for a beingeschirr, which was brilliant, maybe it was only this night.

what a wonderful surprise patch! my man and I decided to venture out of our comfort zone precaution area and torch a try after our daughter recommended the restaurant. we sat at the bar, enjoyed first-class ripening and seafood and two of the best martinis we ever had. one of the bartenders recommended the teigjunge sundae. it was to die! we could not have been satisfied with our visit! we're coming back! Warm Inviting. My husband and I have been to Flare a few times, a while ago and then again recently. We always enjoy the atmosphere, the friendly staff/bartenders and the food is delicious! We liked the old menu but have enjoyed all the new items and understand they are trying to accommodate a broader spectrum of guests considering the downturn in economy. Definitely check it out!!!

Flare experience. my wife and I tried flare for the first time last night for a friend's suggestion. the atmosphere is fantastic, eating is delicious, but the dark haired bartender left much to wish. it is rude and abrupt and not a good representative for the restaurant. the female server on the floor were dressed for halloween and very friendly. next time we sit on a table.

So so. Food is just average not bad not the best I have ever had. Atmosphere is nice. Service at tables was good. I was not impressed with the dark haired bartender. She had no personality, not friendly and overall just was not a good bar keep. Her drinks were not even good. I would suggest just sitting at a table if you go here.
