We had booked a table for 4 of the waiters who are very attentive. 2 of our group chose a turkey breast cooked in a curry sauce homemade a variety of fruits were included in the sauce and served with potato croquettes plus you can go into the salad bar and choose what you like from there and homemade bread is also available. Steak was the choice of another cooked to perfection and served with chips plus salad bar trip. Venison was the other choice cooked in a vine sauce that did not overpower the meat. Das Fleming im Stadthallen-Komplex macht von außen wenig her, erfreut aber im Inneren durch Bistro-Atmosphäre. Die Speisekarte dagegen verzichtet auf solche modischen Anwandlungen und bietet das, was lokal nachgefragt und offenbar gut angenommen wird (bei unserem Besuch war das Restaurant voll besetzt): Fleisch-Gerichte in vielfältiger Zubereitung "wie bei Muttern" mit viel Sauce und Beilagen. Wir von der älteren Generation finden das ab und zu prima. Der Service klappt, die Weine sind ordentlich. Billigere Restaurants sind in der näheren Umgebung, bessere nicht.

Speisen waren in Ordnung, aber zu teuer. Salat mit Putenstreifen für 15 Euro? Finde ich kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Bedienung war etwas ruppig, oder ist das das nordische Temperament.Das Ambiente ist schick modern.

Das Ambiente ist schön und die Bedienung auch sehr zuvor kommend und freundlich, wenn man nicht gerade an die Chefin gerät.Das Essen ist auch lecker und gut aber für meinen Geschmack viel zu teuer.
Ruft viel zu teuere Preise auf, war ok, aber Mondamin lässt grüßen. Nimmst 16-20 Euro für das Esem, aber bei Mittern um die Ecke für 8 -Eiro gibt es bessere Quatsch.
