Okay well first time since the pandemic that I've been back to Fleming's, it was a special day for me and I went by myself so I was excited to have a good experience at dinner. That's where it's finished though the food was not good at all my salad was like it's been sitting there for a couple hours I ordered a steak and the steak I ordered was supposed to be medium rare it came almost well done and I was supposed to have sauteed mushrooms to enjoy with the steak that never showed up. I never received a drink the entire time I was sitting there I only got water so it was just a bad experience to say the least. It was our first time eating at Fleming Steakhouse. A friend recommended it sbout 2 yrs ago,. So we went 12/16/23 .The service was awesome,! I ordered the fillet mignon, I believe the 11 ounce for $58. The mashed potatoes, sauté mushrooms, and asparagus was good BUT the steak had absolutely no taste! I had to pour a bunch of steak sauce to even eat it. I ended up taking much of it home to season and eat later. $58 for tasteless steak! I ve made better seasoned , marinated steaks in my home outdoor grill. I was so disappointed! Unless Fleming would like to invite Hubby and I back again at their expense to redo the steak experience, we will Never return. It just isn’t worth it!
Been wanting to try the filet sandwich. It was dry. I ordered on Postmates. The Fleming potatoes was left off my order so I had to call Postmates. When placing my order, I checked “bread and silverware” didn’t get either. Ordered a child a piece of chicken and it had hot pepper all over it. Is this enough? Thought this was a 5 star place. Very disappointed. Recommendation: retrain whoever packs your to go food. They did a horrible job. They left off my potatoes and no bread and no silverware. Whoever is cooking that filet sandwich —I don’t know. Filet should be tender. This was my first time. Heard so much about you guys but not happy.
We often visit this restaurant for special occasions, holidays, and for delicious meals. However, our recent experience was one of the worst I've had at a supposed fine dining establishment. We came to celebrate Christmas Eve and were disappointed to start with stale bread. Our server was rude when asked about the specials and the filet we ordered was cold and fatty. Our server was absent for long periods and we had to ask the manager to place additional orders. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience. I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I visited Flemings for the first time as we were celebrating a friend's birthday. The service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding. The portion sizes were generous and definitely worth the price. The dishes were perfect for sharing. Even though I don't eat steak, those who did mentioned that it was cooked perfectly and had a delicious flavor. The restaurant comes highly recommended, and I will definitely be dining here again. Normally a very good experience but not tonight. Service was very slow, didn't bring our sides and when they did brought the wrong sides. Overall it took us 2.5 hours for dinner without even being asked for dessert. And he just left the check without asking if we were ready for it. On the up side the food was good and ... This is the perfect restaurant to celebrate a special occasion! The food was absolutely delicious. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $50 and $100. We highly recommend trying the Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. We went yesterday to celebrate my bday. I have never had a bad experience and the food is always amazing. I appreciated the general manager stopping by to check on us-great customer service!
