Fleming's Steakhouse Rancho Cucamonga

We started our meal with the shrimp cocktail, which was quite good as always. For our main course, we chose the salmon, bone-in ribeye, diablo shrimp, and Fleming’s potatoes—all our usual favorites. Unfortunately, the ribeye was cooked rare when I had asked for it medium rare, and the salmon was surprisingly dry, which isn't typical. The diablo shrimp, which is my absolute favorite, was extremely spicy this time—much more than I’ve ever experienced. As for the Fleming's potatoes, they arrived barely warm. I understand it was a busy night, but I still had higher expectations from Fleming’s. On a positive note, our server was excellent.

As always, the Fleming’s in Rancho Cucamonga provided an exceptional dining experience. Much of that is due to Mike our server and Vanessa at the bar. They both did an excellent job at drinks before and the meal after. Always feel like a VIP when I dine there, whether with clients, family, or by myself. Believe me when I say that this Fleming’s location is unique in that most of the staff are long time employees there and they treat you as one of their family. All Fleming’s restaurants are special and exceptional, but this location is the absolute best of all.

First time here for our Anniversary dinner and we were treated so well since we stepped in. Tim was our waiter and George was helping Tim. Both Gentlemen were so attentive and were continually checking on us. Food was superb. From our appetizer from a Fleming salad, to our main course. Our dessert and wine pairings were also on point. Overall an excellent experience and we truly enjoyed our Anniversary Dinner.

The aged rib eye, in my opinion, it’s one of their best steaks! It was perfectly cooked and paired with a cocktail. The Manhattan for me, it was yet another great hit by Fleming’s. Our server was Luis, he was attentive, friendly and made us all feel more than welcome, we were a party of five. Great ambiance, great food and cocktails.

Honeslty I was upset and left hungry. I visit this place easy 4-5times a month and wasn't happy with food today. Very cold served and presentation was rushed. This place was my go to place now it's becoming more of a franchise and just in rush to flip the table. Guess this is the new trend

It was an excellent experience. The restaurant had a fancy atmosphere, and the steak was the best I've had in a long time. Although I decided to skip the delicious Fleming potatoes this time, the mushrooms and Brussels sprouts I ordered were fantastic.

Sides came out cold , steak wasn’t cooked as ordered and desert crème brûlée has no flavor . Used to eat here regularly but last few times food has really gone downhill
