We went to Fleur de Pains for a drink with our two young children. We bought two drinks for ourselves and a bottle of ice tea for the children to share. Because we asked to two plastic cups for the ice tea we were charged double the cost of the bottle. I know Switzerland can be expensive but this is not justifiable. We did complain and they refunded the extra charge. However, I would not return to this café on principle.

My wife and I had lunch at a Fleur de Pains in Montreux. We wanted a filling, but reasonable decisions. We chose a different sandwich, with ham and a little different with cheese and vegetables. Don't even bother. It's just frozen pastries and tasteless industrial bread. This chain has replaced the traditional (and already pretty mediocre) swiss bakeries, but doesn't ambition to do better. They just want to make money, no soul, no taste, no smile. Avoid. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm sorry, but it's not like that. It's just another bad, expensive, not creative Swiss bakery. The attempt to let you believe it is made locally by a baker... what a joke, only frozen bakery made somewhere in Europe and packed into a beautiful package...
