Flint Owl Bakery - Reserva de mesa

This restaurant in East Grinstead has the best coffee I've tasted (although I've only tried a few places). I had a little mix-up about what a long black is (they served me an Americano, which is too weak for my Australian taste), but they kindly made me a double espresso instead, and it was the most delicious coffee I've had in weeks of being in the UK. The food was also great - I ordered a toastie and a side salad, both simple but high-quality. I would definitely recommend this place.

The coffee was nice and the cake was delicious, however, the atmosphere of the seating areas was very bland. There was no effort made to make it cozy, interesting, or welcoming, or even to give it a minimal chic vibe. Next time, I may just opt for takeout.

A very pleasant bakery with a great selection of quality pastry products. We tried sausage rolls, empanadas, cheese swirls, avocado tomato and mozarella rolls, focaccia toasties, banana bread and carrot cake, all delicious and very flavoursome.

Little coffee shop packed with amazing pastries and breads! Coffee is good. Very warm and inviting with friendly staff. Would recommend a visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

this is great. what a lovely atmosphere! and very nice staff and amazing coffee. the bread is of the highest quality i found in this city.

Not even paper carrier bags provided. Wish I didn't buy two large loafs from them. They better be good, because customer care is v poor.

A great place to stop for coffee or to buy bread. Do both if you can. Great cakes as well.

The bread is the best I've found especially the spelt bread which is hard to come by.
