We grabbed some chips last night to ad to our dinner. Chips were pretty salty which is fine. However, the chips smelt like vinegar, and some had a slight vinegar taste. Fine if your into that, we aren't and its didn't go very well with the rest of our meal. So the majority ended up in the bin. I'd personally give it one more go because something like that could easily just be an accidental cross contamination. UPDATE: been back since the food has been fantastic. Just caught them on an off day, happens to the best of us.
The grilled flake was inedible unfortunately, look at the photo, it was a colour iv not ever seen on flake before and it tasted so wrong .. we couldnt eat it. The steamed dimmys actually tasted off, and were so overcooked that the skin wasn't attached but yet the inside was watery and tasted really wrong and gross. Unfortunately so bad. The chips were really yummy and cooked crispy with nice chicken salt. The battered flake was ok, edible so that's a win haha They had lots of things in the milk bar type shop.
Nice people, had dim sims, fish and chips, the flavour was good but the chips were soggy and cold, the dim sims tasted nice but they were also cold, the fish was hot and nice apart from a large lump of uncooked flour. I would give them another chance if I was in the area. They do have an excellent Asian type grocery store with interesting items
