Placed an order over the phone for 2 burgers and a regular chips, was told 20 mins, arrived and paid 20 mins later and was told it won't be long. Well, I waited, just outside the front door, you know, where they were bringing out every other order. I waited 40 mins, giving them the benefit of the doubt, it wasn't that busy, not even all the table were taken. Went back in and asked where my order was, was promptly asked my name and if I'd paid, told them I paid 40 mins ago and I'd now been waiting an hour, they picked up a bag off the bench and put it on the counter. No apologies, nothing. There's plenty of better burgers around too and with better service. I won't be back to flipside. Burger...

Stopped by for a burger was very disappointed. The patty was as if it was cooked from a pactet you'd buy from Coles. For the price I paid I would expect a gourmet burger. I ordered bacon and cheese burger. Customer service was good and premises were clean unfortunately food did not live up to the price.....
pretty delicious burgers. good service and eating came relatiw fast. I was for one of the veggieburgers. I didn't love the patty, but I'd reorder, just without the patty. a bit expensive for every burger, but is a decent food. chips were okay- they wouldn't reorder.
