I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that the restaurant closed at 2 PM. Even though the open sign was lit and they served everyone in front of me, they refused to serve me. Honestly, I can make better iced coffee at home. After this rude experience, I won't be going back to Flo Co.
I got a 32 oz chocolate Chai with a caramel drizzle, needed a little more ice but that's an easy fix. Otherwise, great service and fabulous drink!!
The drinks at this restaurant are amazing! I had the Italian soda and the cappuccino frappe, and both were crafted perfectly.
