We ordered pizza today. Then we got a call asking if we could pick up the delivery in front of the closed bridge. What was discussed was that if the barrier was open, it would be delivered to your home and the driver would contact you when he was there. When we arrived the barrier was open but the driver didn't drive any further and then said that they no longer deliver to Herdorf because of the bridge. It would have been great if they had called us in advance to tell us that they weren't delivering to Herdorf, so we drove out ourselves for free. The driver apparently didn't know anything about it. Soon the pizza will be able to stay in Neunkirchen and we won't be ordering there anymore.
It's a shame that we were looking forward to a delicious schnitzel today. Florenza and pizza go well. But the schnitzel sauces are a real horror: open the bag, mix it, done!! The advertised cream in the sauce was lost during delivery, as were the mushrooms. A dish we ordered wasn't even delivered! It was delivered later, as was a second mushroom cream schnitzel, which this time actually had mushrooms floating in the sauce. But again a ready-made sauce. Conclusion for us: You can order pizza here with a clear conscience, but it's better to take the schnitzel off the menu!
The food is super delicious!! This is the second time we've ordered from here. The food has been delivered very quickly and very hot each time! The food (whether salad, pizza, or pasta) tastes absolutely delicious! You've found a new regular in us! Keep up the good work!!
Absolute disgrace... Delivery 1 hour late, food cold. No onions in the salad or the schnitzel. Delivery instructions not followed and then food spilled when handed over!

Very tasty. Polite service. We reordered four meals, no problems. Very polite and helpful on the phone, too. We'd be happy to come back anytime. Keep it up.
Great food. The burger was really good, and the pizza was also very tasty. Unfortunately, the salad was inedible and had nothing to do with freshness.
