However, I must express my disappointment with the festive atmosphere that the new owners wanted to recreate, in the style of Parisian restaurants. Unfortunately, this is not reflected at all in the atmosphere of the restaurant. A return for us to this establishment visited a few months ago, the setting remains the same magnificent with the view of the lake and the sunset, but a note of renewal can be felt on the menu and the dishes offered. Originality, regional and seasonal with these delicious tomatoes from Asnières or the famous perch fillet from Leman for example. A word of advice if you are local or passing through, go ahead and let yourself be guided to discover these dishes and finish in style with delicious desserts! An incredible experience, impeccable and extremely professional service, smiling and very pleasant staff! The food is excellent! We really enjoyed ourselves and spent a superb evening with a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva! We will come back to the Floris more than once!
