What is objectively apparent is that the chef here is highly skilled and innovative. An original concept restaurant They take bookings on the hour only so as to synchronise the dinner service, a clever idea. Minimal staffing, only 3 to 4 people working during a typical dinner service. Expect an extended dining period, have patience and enjoy the pace of the evening with an extremely well accomplished array of small plates. 5 to 6 dishes are recommended for 2 people sharing. We had perhaps one of the best meals in many a long year. Outstanding dishes included; Black sesame encrusted Arancini with black rice. Herb dumplings. Seared Brussel sprouts All vegan. The dessert was also epic, I 'd call it; if clouds were made of chocolate . Service was friendly and with clear instructions with regards to how best to order. Already planning a return visit
