Flunch Calais Coquelles

Visit to Flunch on November 13, 2021. Very few choices in terms of inputs, cheeses and desserts. We want a quarter of chicken but there are only demis, yet the dish is displayed on the panel. We're serving dishes at the level of cooked dishes, and we want to serve vegetables. We ask the young girl (the same one who was cooked) if it is possible to hand over potatoes. He tells us that he will see... no answer. A few minutes later, so we reiterate the request. He says, “Well, you see that if I don’t get back, it’s not.” A real fool! A few minutes later, my dad's going to reuse himself to vegetables and there... the potatoes came, with that same young man looking at him. Clearly, get your way!

There's no sauce. Ham in Madeira, carbonade, blanquette ... Since reopening because of Covid 19, less choice.
