This is an ideal restaurant for a 'meal on the go' and excellent value for money. The meal for the two of us came to 17 euros for a two course meal.Basically you choose a meal consisting of fish, meat, pasta, mussels for instance and then you can have as much of the vegetable selection as you wish, even returning for more if you need to. There is always a good selection of vegetables to choose from also potatoes and rice which are regularly topped up so the food is hot. There is also a green salad and various sauces and the steaks and burgers are cooked to order which is worth the wait. We always seek out a Flunch when travelling through France. Great choice, brilliant value and everyone can have something they like. The quality is good and some dishes are all-you-can-eat like the mussels. This Flunch was across the road from our hotel which we did a stopover at (Ibis Budget.) The staff were so helpful here, although I was speaking French to them and I'm not sure if anyone spoke English. I wanted a decaf coffee with milk which no one seemingly generally orders in France, but the server went out of her way to sort this out for me. Anyone heading through here on the way to or from the channel will appreciate the need for a quick easy food stop. The Flunch we went to was just off the motorway at an Auchan supermarket. Two portions of roast chicken, unlimited veg and two soft drinks for €16. Couldn't be better. Check out the supermarket here for good quality wines at great prices.

Cafeteria style dining option for those seeking good value for the money. Food is overall pretty good at a very attractive price point. Kids meals for 5€ and adult 3 course meals for 10€. There is also a small play area for kids ages 3-7. Meals include unlimited vegetable bar which has mashed, fries, rice, green beans, zucchini.
Ages from 3 to mid 60's and 5 in between ! Great model you chose a main for a fixed price and can refill on sides...I had calamari the kids meals Suberin and a veggie platter for 2.5 euro. Fresh food continually being produced and a steady stream of happy customers. Superb ice cream too if you've left enough room!
This is a great place to introduce the kids to real food and to wean them away from the likes of McD's and they get a free gift as well. For the adults there's a wide range of foods and meal ttypes to choose from and it's all good value.
Flunch restaurants are the same all over France. There's something for everyone, even picky eaters and vegetarians, at a low price
