Fluugerstubli - Reservar una mesa

This restaurant is located within the Dubendorf Air Force Center with an open view to the museum. The interior restaurant is an open space and there is patio seating on nice days. There are simple and basic wooden chairs and tables in the restaurant. The...so-called Fluugerstubli is basically sectioned off from the main restaurant with a fake wall/divider. In my opinion there is not much privacy there as the door stays open since the customers and staff must pass through the main restaurant. There is a smaller ‘cabin’ also as part of this rear restaurant. They seem to want to offer three restaurants all in the same area. I had a little time before the museum opened so I stopped by for a beverage and a piece of dessert while I waited. I ordered a beer and a slice of chocolate cake The beer was not served cold, but at room temperature, which I do not like at all. The chocolate cake had ground nuts in it and the waitress failed to inform me. This could have led to serious problems for those that share an allergic reaction to nuts.

When I entered the restaurant with my family, we were totally ignored. the served daughter didn't greet us at all. she didn't look at us. we put ourselves on a table. the restaurant was not full. for 20 minutes we waited. customers who had come to us were served. the served daughter passed 10 times before us but never stopped. After 20 minutes we left. it was like we hadn't been there...please apologize for the trouble!

This restaurant located inside the same building as the museum is the only one around if you want some refreshments after a walk around the museum. The friendly waitress was quite efficient when it came to serving us beverages and some snacks we had ordered....However the items were priced high .

non-characteristic coffee for the intermediary. has more mensa than museum flair. for coffee and cake very ok. personal friendly. Prices/performance slightly overpriced. this location belongs to my version not classified as restaurant.
