Focacceria St. Gallen

spontaneously we decided this afternoon for the focacceria. without reservation we found a cozy eccle too two without problems. service was very friendly and eating is really highly recommended. as we are vegetarian, the menu of course was very pleasant to us. a large selection (incl. a vegan focacca.) the focacca can also be put together at the counter. the antipasti, as well as the in-house, self-made icestee (someone in my case) were very tasty.price and performance ratio is right.

last Friday evening we were allowed to celebrate a sociable, fun final evening in the focacceria. because of a tight fit in the kitchen we had to wait a little longer for the as always excellent eating, but the service staff has carried us with a lot of charm and sweat over the waiting period. we were then surprised with fine dessert plates!

Homemade pasta… do I need to say more? This restaurant shines with friendly service and great offerings. It was busy the night we visited but the fit us in and never rushed us. It seems to cater to locals out to catch up with a friend as well as to those like us who are looking for an unfussy dinner. Drinks are fun and food is delicious.

Focacceria is a great spot if you want something small, like a sandwich or even a bigger meal, like some pasta. either way the ingredients are fresh, super tasty, and definitely hearty. Their portions are generous, a sandwich alone kept me full until dinner. It's also a bargain for what you get! Good price, great food, totally worth it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The tavolata was consistently good and sometimes very good. The Gorgonzola noodles, however, were made with Brie rather than Zola it's a shame that could be better. And I can't recommend the tiramisu either too little coffee. But overall a successful evening.

It is a very convinient place to grab lunch, but beware of too salty spreads mostly all the pestos. For dinner, they have a nice atmosphere upstairs with good wine and OK pasta. Starters are hit or miss.

really delicious Italian food - delicious pasta and the cool foccacia sandwiches are great. really nice service and great homemade ice cream. very cozy and chilly to sit.
