Fogo De Chão Oak Brook

it was a busy night for them, so we were not sitting directly to our reservation time, but were sitting within 20min. the employees, waiters and service were excellent overall! our waiter remembered what our drinks were (also with the support of many other tables and a big party directly opposite) and was very attentive. we had refills of brot and the sides come fresh without ever asking for them. we celebrated 2 birthdays and it was such a great experience. many thanks to fogo de chao at oakbrook for the great service! we will have again for special occasions or just a good meal.

our table was a lot forgotten and we got our drinks after we started eating. to refresh the potatoes forever. also it was very unpleasant that the people wait for a table to dive into the area, wait in the line, stand around our tables as we eat! they really need a better wait area because the people should not stand around their tables while they eat or should go through a group of people with their teller of salatable foot to their table.

that is the restaurant of our family for special occasions. the service is pointed notch and the meat is fresh and tasty every time. nasco, the manager of the restaurant is always so inviting for our family and ensures that we have a wonderful experience each time. I highly recommend this place.

We didn’t see our waiter again to order any alcoholic or any drinks. We had plenty of water refills thank goodness. If you don’t order initially you won’t be served during the meal.
