Fogo De Chão Paramus, Nj

I dined here on New Years Eve. Even though we had reservations we waited over half an hour to be seated. I understand during the holidays that restaurants are very hectic. However, we were offered a seat in a location that was very uncomfortable and we politely declined and stated we were fine with waiting for the next available seat. After waiting an additional 15 minutes we asked the hostess how long would the wait be for the new table, the hostess was very rude. The food was less then spectacular. Many of the meats that were passed around were cold. The buffet was not the good either. Our server was nice however. Overall my experience was not as good as other locations I have dined at.

Have been to multiple Fogos and love the chain, this is the first negative experience and the review refers to only the Paramus location in which we had a really bad experience. We didn't get some of our drinks and it took 15 minutes to get the ones that did arrive. Meat selection is poor (we were offered only 5 types). Took 10 minutes to get salt. We asked for the check, it didn't come, asked again, were given the wrong check, eventually someone asked us what we had and typed in the bill. To be clear, Fogo de Chao is a great restaurant chain and I never had a bad experience before this one, this location is far below the brand standard.

Service from Domenica was outstanding, food was good but , Having to ask for more meat on a rodizio it is not . They stop bringing food for 20 min and we had to ask the manager for them to start again . Been to fogo in white plains a lot of times , still the best . Perfect service and food . Manhattan a good second , almost as good as w plains Hopefully Paramus will catch up

I'm sure the dine-in experience is much better, but the packaging of the meat, the bland feijoada, and the absence of chimichurri sauce—even though it's listed—were disappointing. I've definitely had better Brazilian food. Reserva una mesa ahora

We decided to try brunch as we mainly go for dinner. It did not disappoint, food was so fresh and service was on point. We will definitely be doing more brunch here in the future.

I attended a Chamber function at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The staff were fantastic, and the food and drinks were excellent!

This is a great restaurant, ambience was good, noise level moderate that you can still hear your conversation. The food was very good!

Servers could’ve been better, I have to call them to me give me the meat instead of following the rule if my sign is green just serve. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant is decent, but the wait time is unacceptable! It's a nice spot to visit, just not on weekends.

My son enjoyed the meat, and the farm market offered a great selection of fresh produce.
