Went to visit the shop with some friends after it was apparently remodeled recently. They mentioned that the layout was a lot more comfortable, but the music was still a little bit soft. We stayed and talked for a while but it still seemed a little too quiet in there to have much of a conversation if you didn't want other people to be listening in all the time. As for the coffee, everything we got was fantastic! Our lattes, cappuccinos, and drip coffee were all very tasty. I forget the barista's name but he was very friendly and extremely good at his job, quality latte art included. The only thing that was worth noting for me was that I wish that the drip coffee was a little bit hotter, but...
Beyond the warm atmosphere, the drinks were fantastic! I ordered a hot rose hibiscus matcha, and it was perfection. The matcha had a wonderful balance of umami flavor, and it wasn't too sweet or too bitter. The floral hints from the rose and hibiscus harmonized beautifully with the umami, creating a delightful blend with just a touch of sweetness.
The barista was amazing and deserves a raise. She was incredibly sweet and handled a customer who came in asking for ice and rambling on about a lot of confusing topics with patience and kindness. I have been here a few times. The expresso drinks are the best you will find in downtown Whitefish. Coffee is not bitter like their competition. That said, I hope their baristas continue to improve. The space itself is appealing and decorated well. However, I it would be nice if it wasn't such a hard space. For example, the chairs are all metal. There is also wooden bench seating. There is one comfortable place to sit, which is a sofa. Someday we'll get a more Italian themed coffee house in Whitefish where one can sit comfortably for and extended period of time, while of course buying multiple cups of coffee.
My favorite coffee shop in all of Whitefish. Riley and Sareece are the real deal dedicated, kind, creative, and personable. The chai tea is the best. I love that they have macadamia nut milk so delicious! Their food is ridiculously good, and they're always innovating new creations. Absolutely adore this place.Food: 5/5

The pastry and coffee were good, but the wait forced a 3 star review. The shop was backed up, and only one person making coffee resulted in a 20+ minute wait for our 2 drinks. I am sure if fully staffed, it would move quicker.
