Order at 8:57 We were 4 friends. Two dishes served on the 4. At 21:20 we still haven’t received the two missing dishes. We informed a person who works at the caisse. Answer: “It’s normal there are people” We waited. At 21h40 at almost 1h waiting! Are we asking if it's normal? The person working at the caisse finally decides to check whether it is normal or not. She comes back to tell us “ah bah the ticket was not printed for the kitchen” She also added: "I'm putting it to you" knowing that my other two friends had finished their dish. We wanted to get us back. We paid with applepay and so we didn’t have a card to get us back. The cashier told us: if you don’t have your card I can’t pay you back it’s going to make a hole in the cashier there’s no manager” I don’t find it normal. The service is to review I explained to him that it was possible to repay us and indicate on the ticket the dispute to solve his problem of “case hole” She still denyed to apologize in the end Thanks it wasn’t too much asked.... 22:00 my friends still haven’t eaten. We're gone. If you're hungry and you're in a hurry to eat I don't recommend foodcourt
