This is not like any food truck that I have ever been to. This is a gourmet restaurant on wheels. They take simple, comfort food concepts, and elevate them to such a degree that my meal rocked me to my core. My fusion cuisine experience was very filling, extremely delicious, and super affordable. The food was served quickly and loaded with fresh and high quality ingredients. I rarely write reviews, but after my daughter declared that the food at this place was the best she's ever had, I simply had to. The burger was amazing - just what I've been craving after seeing unique burgers on the Food Network. It had cheddar, bacon/onion jam, candied bacon with a bit of a kick, and a fresh bun that wasn't your average plain one. The flavors all worked perfectly together. What a great experience at Food Nation Generation! Now, let me preface by saying that our typical meal is not fried or covered in rich delicious sauces. So this was a real treat meal for us! My hubby parked and ordered over text. He's very picky and got all the sauces on the side. When the food was ready, it was brought out to his car, so easy!! What a great meal though. I typically visit a restaurant three times before writing a review, but I wanted to support this small business right away. I recently tried a gourmet meal from a food truck and it exceeded my expectations. The location was a bit hidden, but that just added to the fun of finding it. Graham, the owner, was patient and helpful, even sending me the menu via text since I only use Yelp. I was also his first customer to use a Groupon, which was a fun experience. It's rare that I find a taco to really blow me away. This was one of those rare times. Food Nation Generation's (FNG) crispy chorizo and potato taco was just that taco! Perhaps the best taco I've ever had. The truffle fries with it were terrific too. And at $13 for three (with regular fries), they're very reasonably priced. I also had the shrimp tacos that were excellent as well. Maybe could have used a third shrimp so there wasn't such a gap of just cheese, but the cheese they use is awesome so it really wasn't such a horrible problem (hope you can hear my chuckles from there). This is a great food truck to know about for a quick but awesome lunch. Thanks FNG!

2nd visit for me. The first time I came here I had the pork tacos which were delicious, great flavor. Today I saw on IG they had a surf and turf burger special so I had to get that for lunch! Came with a beef patty, grilled shrimp, lettuce, tomato and lemon aioli. The shrimp were huge! Burger was cooked perfectly medium rare. The lemon aioli tied everything together. I also had the warm churros with chocolate sauce. Little bites of heaven. I can't say enough about this food truck and the chef/owner Graham for putting out some really great food. I highly suggest to follow them on Instagram because they post their daily specials there.

Other than having one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had, they make these amazing Korean fries that are just LOADED with flavor. They're topped with gochujang aioli, cilantro, radish and sesame seeds, and I couldn't get enough. Keep in mind that it's a food truck that's open seasonally, so that means that you need to get in while it's there. The line was building up just a little around lunchtimeby the time, but it wasn't a long wait. Don't forget to grab a cookie to wrap up your meal, because they're perfectly warm and buttery.

After passing by numerous times, I finally had the opportunity to stop at this restaurant and I am thrilled that I did. I decided to try the pork tacos and they were amazing! By far one of the best pork tacos I have had, I would recommend to anyone. The jalepenos gives it just the right spice and the Asian sauce a nice sweet but not to overwhelming taste.
